Health is Bless

 Health

Health  is difficult to define in a word, but in the past, health was commonly thought of as'no disease or weakness.' However, although there may be cases in which disease and weakness are clinically evident, the distinction between health and weakness is often ambiguous. Therefore, just because no disease has been found clinically, it cannot be said to be healthy, and even those who are currently judged to be healthy can find abnormalities if medical technology develops.

In 1948, the World Health Organization (WHO) stated in its charter that "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well, not simply without disease or weakness." -being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity)".

Health refers to the ability to cope well with daily life rather than the pursuit of survival. It is a three-dimensional and positive concept that emphasizes not only physical competence, but also personal and social coping ability.

In the primitive and medieval period, which is classified as the first period, normal biological function, a healthy body without disease, meant health (monistic definition), and in the second period, the Renaissance and Industrial Revolution, a comprehensive understanding of psychology, education, and society was required. A dualistic definition was established, and in the third period (modern and early modern), the elements of health impairment rapidly increased due to the diversification of life, and a pluralistic definition including both mental and social aspects was established. The definition of health in the modern world is that health as suggested by WHO is'not only without disease or weakness, but also physical, mental, and social well-being'.

Factors affecting health

Having a healthy lifestyle in a pleasant environment is the most important in health care. The three factors that make up such health are environmental factors , genetic factors, and lifestyle habits. Among them, aren't life habits that we need to pay attention to most ourselves? This is because genetic factors or the environment itself is a problem that is difficult to do for oneself, but lifestyle habits can be improved as much as possible with one's own efforts.

In many diseases, genetic factors act as a decisive factor, but even people born with genetic factors can reduce the chances of getting various diseases as much as possible if they make good habits with effort and will. Therefore, try to behave as positively and flexibly as possible based on moderation in your mindset.

It is also important to refrain from taking care of your body while wasting your physical strength, especially if you have enough sleep time to increase your chances of not being beaten by your health. In particular,  However, sleep problems are an important factor in health beyond eating habits.First, major cancers such as colon cancer are known to have a great relationship with sleep problems. Because they are more prone to dependence, they are easily exposed to terrible addictions such as drug addiction and alcohol dependence. In addition, sleep disorders inevitably cause stress, which is also directly linked to psychosis.

Maintaining your health is also a fight against yourself. In fact, it is unlikely that you will immediately get sick just because you have a harmful habit right away. Even if people in their twenties binge drinking without hesitation and burn cigarettes, they rarely get dying diseases such as lung cancer and stomach cancer in their thirties. Overworking for several years does not mean that a person will die or die immediately, and even obese patients who enjoy alcohol and binge eating will not suffer from adult diseases the day after tomorrow and die suddenly. The human body is surprisingly strong and has a property to maintain homeostasis, so doing some bad things doesn't make a big spot on the body right away.

But if this starts to accumulate for more than a few years, it becomes incredibly dangerous, especially if your resilience begins to diminish after your 20s. Poor lifestyle habits constantly reduce the body's resilience, which gradually accumulates and eventually reaches a point where it is irreversible. In the case of diabetes or gout, for example, once it develops, it is over. When the kidneys break, they have to live with a catapult for their entire life. Of course, if you start taking care of your body at that time, your symptoms will alleviate, but you will have to take medicine for life. If the body can no longer withstand what has been accumulated due to such bad habits, the body sits down and it is irreversible. If it is severe, you will die. It's a case like "I struggled in my 20s and 30s, so I thought I was a little bit fleshy, but I couldn't live and die." It is to die.

Right now, even a sturdy machine made of steel and metal is ruined after years of no maintenance. Of course, the human body is weaker than the machine. Solving healthy habits is like cleaning, tightening, and oiling machines on a regular basis. However, just as the negative effects of health due to bad habits are manifested late, health improvement due to good habits also shows a slow and gentle rise. It can be said that the health managed in the teens appears in the 20s, and the health managed in the 20s appears in the 30s.

There is a slight sympathetic problem of health. If a person who was normally healthy gets a disease, the cure speed is fast, but if he transmitted it to another person or sees a person with the same disease, the symptoms of the disease overlap with their own case. Regardless of how much this is, there are cases where you can't empathize with your past self as a standard.
